What type of wood baseball bat has the diamond at the top of the handle?

I've seen Curtis Granderson, Ryan Braun, and Troy Tulowitzski all use this type of wooden bat that has some diamond shape at the top of the handle. Seems like a nice bat. Does anyone know what brand and/or model this bat is? Thanks.
