My How do I invade an 8 year old's vision of "Fixing The Whole World-Class mates too"?

My heart goes out to you and your sweet little boy. I would go as far up the school chain as necessary to have those bullies expelled. What is the problem? It's all been recorded. It doesn't sound like you'd take any of the "reasons" why they can't expel them. Take it farther, contact the newspapers, organize other mothers to "police" the playground. And where were the playground monitors any way. Another thing I'd do would be to file a civil suit against the school. Now that would get their attention. So find yourself a lawyer.
