What is the acceptable weight of a Silver American Eagle?

I know they are supposed to be 1 troy ounce or 31.101 grams. But I have yet to weigh one that weighs exactly 1 troy ounce or 31.101 grams. What are the acceptable weight allowances for Silver American Eagles
