How to be childlike and playful?

Hi, I have a problem attracting girls or people in general and I see alot of people out there acting playful and childlike and get all the ladies and attract all the people. So I just wonder if theres a way to make yourself more childlike and playful in social situations, I'm usually the guy that never talks?
