How much does Panera pay?

I live in Minnesota and I currently work at a grocery store as Head Cashier making $10.10 an hour (started at $7.70 less than 3 years ago). I got a call about setting up an interview with Panera, but I'm not sure it is worth my time if the job pays less than what I make now. If there are chances that I will get significant amount of raises like I did at my current job, I might even take it, but I don't know how Panera in Minnesota works. I believe the minimum wage is $6.15 here.
