Can you help me describe this is a more articulate manner?
I have to meet with a parent regarding one of my students who pushed me. My student has been a challenge since day one. He comes into class and frequently sits in his unassigned seat and incessantly talks with his neighbor. He pretends not to listen to me when I ask him to do something. Whether move his seat, stop talking, or start working. I usually have to ask 3 or 4 times before he responds. When he does respond, he always acts like the victim and continues talking forever about his argument in a childlike victim voice. He knows he is trying to be annoying and get under my skin. Please help me figure out how to word this professionally! Additionally, he moves like a snail purposely around the classroom. He looks like a creeper. So if I ask him to move his seat, it takes him a year to get there. Please help me.
