Action anime for 10 year old girl?

My little sister wants to watch a good action anime, not to much girlness in it. She likes ninjas but we've already watched Naruto. I'm looking for something appropriate with fighting and action. Romance is okay but not the main plot. Please give any suggestions that would be okay for a 10 year old to watch. She is very childlike and has a mind that wanders...so lets keep it clean.
