When a woman gets all cutesy and child-like when you interact with her, what is she feeling?

I do stuff like this all the time. I act this way when I am happy. It's typically towards my husband but I do it when I see my friends too just not as often. I'm kinda a goofy person, with serious moments so I don't know if that would be the same.
